Pricing basis
How the number is set
Every job is priced differently because the price depends on how much space your items take up in the trailer, not on the hour. The Junk Generals set the price on site, include labor, loading, disposal, and cleanup in it, and you approve it before anything is loaded.
- Set-outs are quoted per unit by volume, with the number confirmed before the scheduled date.
- Crews can be scheduled to a specific arrival time to line up with a writ or a constable window.
- Post-set-out unit cleanouts can be bundled with the curb removal at an account rate.
- Heavy material and prohibited items are identified in advance so nothing stalls on site.

Load, haul, and sweep
The uniformed crew loads everything, sorts it for donation, scrap, and recycling, and sweeps the work area before leaving.

Turnover and bulk programs
Two things break vendor relationships: missed dates and moving numbers. We fix the date and the price before the crew rolls.
- Tenant turnover and post-eviction clearouts, per-unit flat pricing once we have measured a few units.
- Recurring bulk pickup routes on a fixed weekday with a confirmation call the afternoon before.
- Before and after photos of every unit, emailed with the invoice for deposit and owner reporting.
