Quotes and pricing

Quotes given by phone, email, or this website are estimates based on the information you provide. The binding price is the volume or weight price confirmed on site before loading begins. If you decline that price, we leave and there is no charge.

Scheduling

Arrival windows are commitments we work to hold. Weather, traffic, disposal facility closures, and access problems can move a window; we contact you when that happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, call 877-856-JUNK as early as you can.

Access and property

You confirm you have the right to have the items removed and that the crew can access the property. We use driveway protection where appropriate, but we cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage or for damage caused by conditions outside our control.

Prohibited material

We do not accept paint, fuel, solvents, pesticides, chemicals, asbestos, tires, or medical and biohazard waste. Do not place prohibited material in a rented dump trailer. Loads containing prohibited material may be refused or billed at cost for special handling.

Dump trailer rentals

The flat rate covers drop-off, the stated rental period, pickup, and disposal up to the stated weight limit. Overweight loads are billed at the scale rate on the ticket. Extra days are billed at the daily rate agreed when you book. You are responsible for the trailer while it is on your property.

Payment

Residential work is due on completion. Account and commercial work follows the terms agreed in writing before the first job.

Liability

Our liability for any job is limited to the amount paid for that job. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Florida law.
