How the number is set
Every job is priced differently because the price depends on how much space your items take up in the trailer, not on the hour. The Junk Generals set the price on site, include labor, loading, disposal, and cleanup in it, and you approve it before anything is loaded.
- Recurring routes are priced per property per visit, based on unit count, access and average volume.
- The rate is locked for the term of the account, so the invoice matches the schedule every month.
- Additional on-demand pickups between route days are quoted before the crew is dispatched.
- Consolidated monthly invoicing is available for portfolios with several properties on the route.
