Pricing basis
How the number is set
Every job is priced differently because the price depends on how much space your items take up in the trailer, not on the hour. The Junk Generals set the price on site, include labor, loading, disposal, and cleanup in it, and you approve it before anything is loaded.
- Per-unit flat pricing is available once we have measured a few of your typical floor plans.
- Heavier or hoarding-condition units are quoted individually before crews are scheduled.
- Bagging, sweeping, hauling and disposal fees are included in the per-unit number.
- Multi-unit turnover blocks scheduled on the same visit receive an account rate.

Approve the price on site
The crew walks the job with you and sets the price by trailer volume. Nothing moves until you approve it; if you decline, there is no charge.

Load, haul, and sweep
The uniformed crew loads everything, sorts it for donation, scrap, and recycling, and sweeps the work area before leaving.

Turnover and bulk programs
Two things break vendor relationships: missed dates and moving numbers. We fix the date and the price before the crew rolls.
- Tenant turnover and post-eviction clearouts, per-unit flat pricing once we have measured a few units.
- Recurring bulk pickup routes on a fixed weekday with a confirmation call the afternoon before.
- Before and after photos of every unit, emailed with the invoice for deposit and owner reporting.
- W-9, net terms, and a certificate of insurance naming your property before the first job.
