Pricing basis

How the number is set

  • Per-unit flat pricing is available once we have measured a few of your typical floor plans.
  • Heavier or hoarding-condition units are quoted individually before crews are scheduled.
  • Bagging, sweeping, hauling and disposal fees are included in the per-unit number.
  • Multi-unit turnover blocks scheduled on the same visit receive an account rate.

Two things break vendor relationships: missed dates and moving numbers. We fix the date and the price before the crew rolls.

  • Tenant turnover and post-eviction clearouts, per-unit flat pricing once we have measured a few units.
  • Recurring bulk pickup routes on a fixed weekday with a confirmation call the afternoon before.

  • W-9, net terms, and a certificate of insurance naming your property before the first job.

Most standard units are emptied and swept in a single visit, often the day after the request when a route day is nearby.
Do you document what was removed?
Yes — before and after photos of every room, emailed with the invoice for deposit disputes and owner reporting.
