What we handle

If it fits in the trailer and it is not hazardous, it goes.

  • Couches, sectionals, recliners, mattresses and box springs
  • Refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, water heaters
  • Garage, attic, shed and closet cleanouts
  • Treadmills, hot tubs, above-ground pools, playsets
  • Televisions, computers and small electronics
  • Yard waste, limbs, fencing, pavers and soil
  • Full estate and pre-sale property cleanouts

Pricing basis

How the number is set

Every job is priced differently because the price depends on how much space your items take up in the trailer, not on the hour. The Junk Generals set the price on site, include labor, loading, disposal, and cleanup in it, and you approve it before anything is loaded.

  • Price is set by the volume your items take up in the trailer, not by the hour.
  • Labor, loading, disposal fees and cleanup are all inside the quoted number.
  • Heavy material — concrete, tile, roofing, dirt — is priced by weight and stated before we load.
  • You approve the price on site. If you decline, we leave and there is no charge.

How it works

How to book residential service

Booking takes four steps, and nothing is loaded until you approve the price.

  1. 1

    Request a quote

Call 877-856-JUNK, text photos of the job to 877-856-5865, or use the instant quote form with your ZIP code and service type.

  2. 2

    Confirm your arrival window

We confirm a stated arrival window and text you when the truck is on the way.

  3. 3

    Approve the price on site

The crew walks the job with you and sets the price by trailer volume. Nothing moves until you approve it; if you decline, there is no charge.

  4. 4

    Load, haul, and sweep

The uniformed crew loads everything, sorts it for donation, scrap, and recycling, and sweeps the work area before leaving.

Residential questions

Do I need to move anything to the curb?
No. Crews carry items out of any room, attic, or crawlspace. Curbside piles are fine too and usually load faster.
What will you not take?
Paint, fuel, solvents, pesticides, asbestos, and medical or biohazard waste. We will tell you where those go locally.
Can you come today?
Often yes in Duval and Clay counties. Call and we will tell you the next open window before you book.
